Chef Juan Pajarito of Avant Garden and Third Kingdom has carefully crafted a delectable menu that captures the essence of Thanksgiving. Here's what's on the menu:

Cornbread

maple syrup, butter

Allergens: gluten, soy 

Three Pumpkin Soup

charred mango and pear, cashew sour cream, plantain chips, basil oil

Allergens: nuts - can be removed

Roasted Beet Salad

arugula, sumac chickpea, cucumber tzatziki

Allergens: soy, seeds - can be removed

Sautéed French Beans

shallots, garlic, almonds, cranberries, lava salt

Allergens: allium, nuts - can be removed

Mac and Cheese

elbow pasta, cauliflower cheese, nori, and herbs breadcrumbs

Allergens: gluten, soy

Scorched Cauliflower

toasted garlic, fried capers, cauliflower puree

Allergens: capsaicin

Mushroom Bolognese Lasagna

Allergens: gluten, soy

Pumpkin Pie

almond pastry cream, candied walnuts, dulce de leche
