Executive Chef

Born in Cholula, Mexico, in a family of farmers, Juan moved to the US at 16 and immediately began working with his father in kitchens. With 16 years of restaurant experience, Juan joined Overthrow Hospitality five years ago as chef of Avant Garden. Now, he's also the Executive Chef at Third Kingdom, our all-mushroom restaurant.
